Director, Registration
The Director, Registration is a member of the organization’s leadership team, reporting to the Registrar, CEO. In addition to overseeing day-to-day registration functions including applications, renewals, reinstatements and class changes, the position also supports the Registration Committee and plays a critical role in policy development, achievement of strategic objectives, regulatory compliance and external relations.
The successful candidate will lead and develop an internal team of two direct reports to support the following areas: registration program management, policy and procedures, registrant database, registration committee, board and registrar support.
This is a full time, permanent position with a growing non profit, member based, self regulatory body. This is a hybrid role (3 days wfh, 2 days in office Tuesday & Wednesday), office located downtown Toronto. Salary 90K - 100K based on experience, full benefits, RRSP’s match program, professional development opportunities and funding.

You’ll use your expertise in program coordination and relationship management to implement and support initiatives at institutions across Canada, driving mental health awareness and engagement through orientations, workshops, and strategic communication. This is a full time role involving 40% of travel across North America (mainly Canada, Ontario & Quebec) and close collaboration with a dynamic team.
You will receive a Company Credit Card for travel expenses. Reimbursement for mileage. Must have valid drivers license. Must be based in Ontario - ideally in Ottawa area. This is an 18-month contract position. Salary 70K - 75K, full benefits & RRSPs after 6 months.
